For several years I have been touting the benefits of taking systemic enzymes. My one mistake is that I didn't know about a company that sells a far superior product to Vitalzym and Vitalzym X. both of which I have been using.
Vitalzym made by 'World Nutrition' is a large company. 'Arthur Andrew Medical', the company which makes Neprinol independently tests their formula against Vitalzym every quarter or 4 times a year. On average Neprinol is 10 times the strength of any of their products.
Vitalzym X was 'World Nutrition's' answer to Neprinol. 'Arthur Andrew Medical', the company that produces Neprinol, while not being exclusive was mainly a Doctor only formula. 'World Nutrition' started to lose many of their Doctor customers because they weren't willing to make a product as strong as Neprinol, so they changed Vitalzym slightly and called it Vitalzym X (only sold to Doctor's, but I was able to purchase it through a company I have done business with for many years.) All they did was add more Bromelein which is very inexpensive, and causes dehydration when taken in very large amounts.
Currently Vitalzym X has changed again. Now the formula comes in a gel capsule and has many added "other ingredients" which I would think most health conscious people would like to avoid, such as Magnesium Stearate, Propylene glycol (this stuff is radiator coolant!), Beeswax, Glycerin Fatty Acid Ester, Citric Acid, Soy Lecithin, and much more. Keep in mind, not all of these ingredients are on their label. This industry is not regulated so companies can get away with murder. Neprinol knows of these ingredients because of the testing they do, this is the only way they can stay ahead of the game.
One of the most important bits of information, is that, enzymes become active as soon as they come into contact with anything wet. The longest that any of the enzymes in Neprinol and in Vitalzym can stay active is up to 72 hours once they have been exposed to moisture. Vitalzym X is now in a gelatin liquid cap. . . .yes, you guessed it, Vitalzym X is wet and active as soon as the ingredients are mixed into a gel capsule. There is no possible way that the enzymes in Vitalzym X can do anything unless you are able to take the supplement within 72 hours of encapsulation.
The bottom line is, even if the enzymes in Vitalzym X were active and could actually relive inflammation, pain, fibrosis, auto-immune disorders, etc. . . .You would still have to take at least 10 capsules for every 1 capsule of Neprinol. And even still, the benefit from 1 Neprinol would still be better than the 10 Vitalzym X because of Neprinol's blood cleansing abilities. Without the addition of Nattokinase, Vitalzym will make your blood even thicker over time. I can go on, but I think you get the message.
Finally, Neprinol is a clinically backed pharmaceutical grade formula that has been proven to get rid of Fibromyalgia, MS, Arthritis (Rheumatoid and Osteo), High Cholesterol, Uterine Fibroids, Endometriosis, and the list goes on and on.
Vitalzym and Vitalzym X however, have never had one single study conducted on them. Any study that 'World Nutriton' has ever used has been from either 'Mucos Pharma' which owns Wobenzym, (another systemic enzyme) or from 'Arthur Andrew Medical', the pioneering manufacturers of industry leading enzyme formulas.
I have done a lot of homework on this company and wanted you all to know that I switched to Neprinol, a product from a reputable company, and a product that really does what it says it does.
